This place was simply amazing, the room was spotless, from the moment I walked in the staff was awesome , made me feel at ease ( Im very hard of hearing) breakfast was great the beds were soft and I would recommend this place to everyone

The room was quite spacious and the bed (a King) was very comfortable. Enjoyed the Saturday night horse racing.

We chose this hotel as a well-reviewed budget option with breakfast included.. Little did we know that we would wake up and open our curtains to see trainers exercising their harness racing horses just a few feet from our window. Breakfast eggs were fresh made, as was the fresh fruit salad because the casino has an active kitchen on site. Staff were uniformly kindly and responsive. We'll be back again...even though we are not gamers! Free, well lit, parking across the street from the hotel...with security cruising the large lot.

I liked breakfast it was very good and the staff is sooo nice !! Every time I have come here the staff have a great attitude especially the red haired woman who cooks breakfast she is so sweet greeting people by name she is just a ray of sunshine

I enjoyed the way that the rooms were close together, but I did not enjoy that. I was locked out of my bathroom for a lengthy amount of time because there was not a maintenance man that could come in and do it, and the reception lady did her best, and finally managed to let me in to use the bathroom. I had a child with me so bathroom doors had to stay closed but that did not mean I did not want to get in it.. I I felt that it couldve been handled differently, and without attitude or gestures that I was making someones job difficult. We were in bed early, but we received the early checkout paper and did not get to enjoy the breakfast.. my overall experience is that I spent over $500 to be disappointed

The entire experience was excellent. The room was spacious, the bathroom was the largest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel, the staff were friendly and always greeted us. The front desk staff were very sweet and accommodating. We also received $10 free play for each day we stayed. The staff in the gaming center were equally as friendly. Even the security guard were nice. Also, free hot breakfast and it is a rotating menu and had many options. Wifi was excellent, room had ample TV stations and it included a robe, mini fridge, mini pantry draws and a Keurig. Anytime we needed towels, we went to the front desk and it would be in our room when we returned. 100/10 my husband and I will stay here anytime we are in the area.

From the moment my girlfriend and I walked in the door until check out all staff was beyond amazing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was good. My hotel room was clean. I will definitely be returning there if I need a hotel in the area !

Great stay! Staff was beyond helpful. Every contact we had with a staff member was pleasant. Must have great customer service training and great people who understand working with the public. Had dinner with family and Alex did an amazing job setting up ahead of time. Great food, great service, great family and a great stay. We will be back.
